(IMPORTANT) Xbox wont update my payment option

I purchased xbox live gold member ship just now after not playing for awhile. When i got on my xbox to play it still has me signed in as Xbox Live free and I cant play games on xboxlive. But when I go to account management it says my membership is gold, which it is because I just updated it.

You might also try testing your connection I hear that syncs the gold with your account faster
