My console has been placed under a ban. This is obviously a mistake and needs to be resolved this in timely fashion. There has been no modifications to my console and have been using this same xbox for almost 2 years.I purchased this xbox from one of your suggested retailers of Gamestop and it has not given me any issues until now. I spend alot of time and money on xbox throghout the marketplace and your liscened retailers. I am extremely unhappy that I am not able to talk to a live represenetive and that I am not being informed of why my console is faulty banned. I have called xboxs support team and they informed me that there is only one way to handle the situation and its via the internet. I am not a computer savvy individual and have been forced into spending many hours trying to resolve something that shouldent of been initiated on my account in the first place. ALSO. I have made multpile attempts to post something in the forums and recieve the message of "UH OH THAT SHOULDENT OF HAPPEND, THERE MUST be a glitch in a system.". This makes it impossible to even get in touch with anyone so being reffered to forums is misleading and 0 % helpful. This is also very frustating considering your company has pretty much wrongfully seized my personally purchased property and have NO WAYS OF CONTACT. I consider this theft and will resort to legal action if not only reimbursment is not established, but an sincere apolgy with exact details of why xbox has taken the following actions.
