You can use both with bridging despite what the official guide says

i would really like to network share because i don't wanna only be able to use one or the other
You should be able to google up the reasons for that error its a windows issue, however have you tried bridging instead of ICS?

I'm afraid it looks like a windows 7 issue. Try opening a command prompt as an Administrator and run:
After running the command, wait for windows to scan and possibly fix errors. Then try again.

Do you mean connecting your Xbox to your computer/laptop which is connected to the internet? If so, the feature is called "Internet Connection Sharing". Here is an article that will help you.
