Dear xbl support Team i didnt know where to post this so i posted it here it says i have been suspended due to invalid payment option. I have never added a creditcard info or anything and there was a 12month card on it idk Help

you'll have to call customer support to find out why it says this. Normally in this situation it's due to a credit card or paypal account that has been added and now they can't take the payment from whichever one that was used. Accounts are on an auto-renewal unless you can to turn it off. Also you can check https://billing.microsoft.com and see which payment options are attached to your account. Good luck :)

That is a billing issue, phone Xbox Support and they will be able to help you.
