I've paid for gold online, but my Xbox still says I need to update my payment methods
I recently had to change my payment method because I had a new debit card. I did this online and then paid for gold membership. Online it states I am now a gold member until 2014, but when I turn my Xbox on and try to connect to live I am unable. A message
saying I still need to update my payment method is being displayed. It's been over 12 hours now, surely it should have gone through by now? Please help.
Try going to your account mangemet and make sure that the box next to new debit card is checked. Then just go though the whole thing to make sure that everything is upto date. If that doesn't work contact Xbox live support you can do it from this website.
