I'm getting a 80151012 error code

Basically this error code is telling me that I can't sign into or download my xbox profile because there is a problem with my microsoft account. I have seen similar posts to this but have no clue on what I can do to fix it. I cleared my cache, reset my password a few times and did everything possible and nothing still works. If you have any solutions feel free to help out

I think their are some scams or something making your account blocked

but don't worry it's not permanent and a very common problem

Well idk if it's blocked temporarily or not but all I know is this started earlier in the day when I was asked to update my security info either from xbox or by the PC. I continued to update it after I did it keeps saying that there was a problem with my microsoft account.

hello there

looks like your account is temporarily block here are some solutions

look through the once you havent tried before

0) If any of these steps to do on a PC or Mac shows you a message about a Blocked Account, please follow the onscreen instructions to Unblock it.

1) Go to http://account.live.com and sign in then go to Edit Security Info. Is all data there up to date? (If not, please update it).

2) Go to http://xbox.com/accounts to click on Billing Contact Information at low left and sign in. Is all data there up to date? (If not, please update it).

3) Go to http://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in then review the payment info. If there's an out-of-date card or PayPal account, please add a new payment method then delete the old one.

4) Back to the console; can you sign in there now?

if all fails the traditional way would be to call xbox support as they know how to deal with this common problem

good luck :)
