I'm connected to the internet, but no pins etc....

since yesterday the console acts like It doesn't have internet connectivity. on the far right side it states "Having trouble connecting?: it might be a problem on our side. we're working on it" and on the far left it says "Your pins aren't available: sorry about that. they should be back soon"

if I check the connectivity from the console it says it's fine, but it's been doing this 2 days now. Is there some sort of maintenance that I didn't get a message about or is it just me?

For now, the best steps to try would be to Power Cycle Your Xbox One Console (as others have suggested).
