I bought Xbox live Gold membership for 3 months yesterday. I activated the Gold membership on this website, and when I try to log in to my profile on my Xbox it says:
"Your Xbox LIVE membership information isn't valid. Please use a profile that contains a valid membership or recover your profile from Xbox LIVE."
And the question is; how do I recover my profile from Xbox LIVE? This hasn't happened before, so I don't know what to do.
I'd really be thankful for an answer!
