I think my account is locked.

I was on a vacation with my family, when I notice that I got a email from the Microsoft team about my account. It told me I had to update my payment option since I used a old card for the free 1-month of gold. After a few days after I returned, I noticed that a box popped up that told me to update my payment on my Xbox. I entered a new card today and it said error code 8C320006 (something like that). I entered my new card countless times and it kept saying the same thing. My account is Daniel2183.

Well a lot of the time this is just an issue with what u typed make sure the billing address is the same address, name and so on is the info on the card

You will have to phone support for your region about this.Phone support are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

billing support will be able to transfer the balance and swap you sub over to the new payment option
