I paid two bills for Xbox Live Gold in August, but only one is available.

Hi,

I have two bills for Xbox Live Gold in August. one is 3 months(available now). another is 1 year which is not in my account. in the system I must renew it on 2015/11/18. From my understanding, the 1 year bills paid for nothing. please help to check it. thank you!

I did. I'm in Poland. I paid in Hungary Ft.  there are two transactions. 5000 is in my account, but 15000 not.
