I needed help

For some reason, there is something wrong with my account like my billing information and for some reason it will not allow me to put in my 12 month xbox live gold code and just play, i tried calling, but the voice mail thing will not let me speak to a real person, i dont know what to do and i have nobody to help me!

Sounds like you are suspended. If you are and you have a 1m subscription you have to pay the balance due to be able to redeem your prepaid code. However if your subscription is either a 3m or a 12m then give xbox customer support a call at 18004MYXBOX with the prepaid code and they should be able to help you out. You can also request a call back at support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.
