I NEED HELP! Regarding the Suspension of my Live account!

My Xbox Live account has recently been suspended due to payment issues.

When I try to update the payment form it declines it, I have also lost all data that is with my account like Friends etc. and cannot play games.

How can I fix this?

Since it's a payment suspension, you'll want to call support and talk to billing and they can help you sort it out.
