I have migrated from Finland to the Netherlands. I have been now here for almost two years.
I started however noticing strange things. Not able to activate certain codes(I bought Gears of War 2 in the Netherlands, and the Flashback Map pack did not work when I tried to download it) I also could not use paypal and there were some games missing in the arcade library. I found out that the reason for this was the fact that my LIVE account location is still Finland. I think I have a valid reason to change it.
Is there no way I can change it? Like with Admin help or so?
