I know I am asking a lot of Microsoft...

I was curious with these constant connection problems to XBL and losing out on the membership time I have already paid for, have they considered some method of compensation? This isn't the first time this has happened, nor will it probably be the last. I am sure others are curious as well. After all, we are all paying customers.

So far for Time Warner Cable users Xbox LIVE has been offline for around twelve hours, so would you like Microsoft to mail you the eight cents that you lost?
