Generally that means the profile became corrupted. Delete your profile--making sure to delete just the profile but to keep your data... it will ask--and re-download it off the live servers, Might be a good idea to delete, clear cache, and power cycle after
... and yes, I know you just did that... but it might have been a bad download... signing out when starting games and apps is almost always a corrupted profile.
