I keep getting disconnected from Xbox live!

Ok, so I have AT&T and Time Warner Internet. When I forget to pay my AT&T Internet. I switch over to Time Warner and when I use this one I get disconnected constantly. I'll be playing for 10 - 15 minutes and then I'll get disconnected. I have to turn my Xbox off and turn it back on in order to connect back. I've searched everywhere and no one seems to know what the problem is. Can somebody please help me. It's really annoying. - The reason I new help is so I can stop paying AT&T and only keep my Time Warner Internet.

You may have to check the networking of the Time Warner stuff first.  Make sure your cable modem and attached devices that aren't computers or your 360 have been rebooted (and I like to be thorough on stuff like this - turn it off/unplug it, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on/plug it back in).  If rebooting the cable modem doesn't improve anything, then you're probably going to have to call Time Warner to see if something is faulty either on the network, or to replace the modem.

I'd also try hooking up a laptop to the cable modem and seeing if streaming data (Netflix, for instance) disconnects after 10-15 minutes.  Constant streams of data should help determine the problem.

Also, is the 360 on a wired or a wireless connection?  Wireless connections can be subject to interference.  If it's a wired connection, I'd also try different wires (not kidding here - I've had faulty wiring a couple of times).
