I'm wondering if the strict NAT might have something to do with it. Please take a few minutes to work through this guide, to see if it resolves the issue.

I don't think the NAT is causing this because I have mine open and I am having the same issues. Mine is a little more sporadic though, 15 minutes here, an hour there... I was wondering if it's because I moved my profile over to a Memory Unit rather than on the Xbox hard drive?

1st try connecting your Xbox directly to the Comcast Arris modem, then restart both the Arris (unplug and take the battery out) then restart the xbox - does the connection work good then?  If not, I suspect your have a signal problem with your comcast service, and you should try a forum like dslreports.com or call Comcast.

2nd try updating the firmware on your Belkin F5D8233, that is a very old router, and perhaps it's not up to the task of Xbox live, or perhaps it's just old and tired.
