I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE

I AM TRYING FOR AN HOUR NOW AND IT IS NOT UPDATING, I HAVE CLEARED THE CACHE AND IT IS STILL NOT WORKING, I HAVE A USB AND IT IS NOT WORKING

WHO REQUESTED THIS UPDATE, I HAD NO ISSUE WITH THE TIME THAT IS TAKING TO RETURN TO THE DASHBOARD AFTER I LEAVE THE GAME.

I NEED A SOLUTION

Have you tried moving your xbox to the routers DMZ? How to do this will depend on you router

Just run a Network Xbox LIVE connection test and then it will ask you if you would like to update, hit "yes" and all should be good. This tends to help if it won't download the update at the start when you turn your Xbox on.

I have a Cisco router, I think this issue has nothing to do with my internal Network, it is an issue with Microsoft servers.

I also was playing splinter cell blacklist when I had the  updated  but still not work anyone got a solution please???? I've got the C005-3007 error thanx

yes I am trying to download the last dashboard update.

the status code is 3F4B - 4099 - A080 - 0F00 - 8007 - 2F76

now it is asking me to return to dashboard.

the message telling me to test my connection.

after testing the connection, same message appears again ( a system update is available ...... )

i click on yes and the same status code appears again and again.

My life cycle has a new step now because it is my second day facing this problem, I wake up, I drink my coffee, I smoke and try updating my xbox live, go to work, come back, try again and again and again.  oh i forgot applying the 10 steps that might solve the issue again and again and again.

Router Brand and Model Number: Cisco

Wired or Wireless connection: wireless

Update Error Code (6 sets of 4 digits/letters each): 3F4B - 4099 - A080 - 0F00 - 8007 - 2F76

What you've tried: everything  ( 1-8 ) nothing worked

Greetings warrior!

Appreciate if you could find out the make and model of your modem and the model number of your Cisco router as well (if this is not a single device).

I would suggest (if its possible) that you try switch your connection type and use a wired connection with your Xbox instead. Restart the Xbox and navigate to Xbox network settings. Select Additional Settings tab and select Restore to factory defaults. Press "B" on your controller and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
