I have gold but can't play online

i bought a gold membership a month ago and I have been able to play online but the pass few days I can't play any game on xboxone online I can only play on 360 please help this is becoming very annoying!

I'm not seeing you as Gold on the forums here but that might be due to a current glitch in the matrix.  If you are unable to access Gold features on the One then try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If that doesn't work then you may need to delete your profile from the system, restart and then redownload it again.

I have tried that and it says I'm gold on 360 and it tells me on xboxone my current membership is 3months +1month.
