I have been charged twice when renewing my XBOX Live account

Hi team,

I have been charged twice when i renewed my XBOX live account. Is there anyway i could have one of the additional payments credited back as Microsoft Points or an alternative solution. i would prefer to have the outstanding amount credited as points rather than extending my XBOX live account for an additional 3 months on top of what i already have.

I have taken screenshots of my banking transaction to prove that where the discrepancy took place. What other information do i need to provide so i can have this corrected.
