I have an Xbox Gold Memebership and WWE '12 Online Axxess, so why can't I access the Community Creations?

I don't understand why this is going on? It was fine in Decemebr, but towards the end of January is when the problem started happening. I was able to download Community Creations just fine before, but it won't and this message pops up when I go to the Xbox Live section on the WWE '12 startup: "You are signed in the with a gamer profile that does not allow user created content. Any game sessions with the user created content option set to 'Yes' will not be visible while searching for matches on Xbox Live." And when I select "Community Creations" this message pops up: "Your Family Setting prevent you from viewing any user created content." I'm signed in with the same profile I've been using to access Xbox Live before. I only have one account. And I don't even have family settings on. I checked my settings and presences and it's to where I'm able to to share, view and download user-created content. What seems to be the problem and how can I fix it? Thank you.

Hey CMH, sorry to hear about this content issue! So to be sure, you are NOT part of a Family Pack or on child account, correct? Also, it sounds like you've ensured that the User Content setting in account security is enabled? If this is all true, then can you please let me know if the issue persists after re-downloading your GT to the console?

I am not a part of a Family Pack or have a child account. I entered my correct birthday which is in 1992. I think the User Content setting is enabled. How do I access that? I'm sure it's enabled, but I want to make sure. How do I re-download the GT to my console? Thank you.

Hey CMH, you can double check that content setting by logging into Xbox.com, then going to My Account > Privacy and Online Settings. 'Member content' should be listed at the end of the page, second to last. :-) As for re-downloading your profile, you can do so simply  by selecting 'download profile' in the sign-in menu. Please let me know if this helps!
