I have an issue for last few days,

 I get message when I turn my xbox on and it I cant get a dashboard the message is - try again in a while sorry, looks like ourservice is not working correctly. to check xbox live service status, got to http://support.xbox

Sorry you're having issues logging into your dashboard. Per the service alerts I do not see anything that would be keeping you from logging in. I would first suggest trying a hard reset. With your Xbox on, hold the power button down for 5-10 second until the console quickly turns off. Then power the console back on (expect a longer boot time). After you do that, sign in and see if you get any error message. If you're still having issues verify your network connection to Xbox Live. To do this, press menu on your controller and go to settings. Then select Network. Then select Test Network Connection, and see if everything checks out okay.
