i had a card and i scratched the code off by mistack and then the code came off

my mom gave me a 12 month perscription or 1 year and then i scratched the thing to get the code but then i scratched to much and the code came off and now we just got ripped off 60 bucks so can you help me with it or something because if i dont get a new one then i just got ripped off and i am really mad so can you please help me with the card problem

Unfortunately there is not much to be done at this point, you may try calling customer support, 1-800-4MYXBOX, but I don't think they may help you.

If your mother still has the receipt, ask her if she would be able to take you back to the retail store and have them swap it out, show them the back of the card and tell them that it's faulty. If you get a good teller he/she might swap it out for a newer one. I'm really sorry but that's all you can really do!
