I got suspended from communications then two days later I was told I was harrassing

I was banned from communications three days ago, but yesterday I received an enforcement action about harrassing someone or being a threat. How could I have possibly have been threatening or do anything on that matter when I was banned. Following this I requested it to be reviewed and then I was suspended from using Xbox live. I dont understand why I am being banned when I specifically requested an explanation and review on the second enforcement. This is super frustrating and Xbox support avoids any contact whatsoever if you'd like to talk about your suspension it's just a link to another website that does not help.

The enforcement team do not use the forums & xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with support so they can't help.

 Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time.Your 2nd suspension would be for something that happened weeks ago or even longer.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site here  if eligible.
