If you have tried support.xbox.com/.../error-code-80151011, and it did not work...try this

I just helped several people with this same problem last night.  My way seemed to work.  So I will post it here.  Please let me know if it works.  Plus, I am pretty sure its easier to read this way:)

1) Go to your System Settings

2) Select Storage

3) Select System Items

4) Delete Content Cache

5) Back out and go to Profiles.  If your profile shows up here, delete it(profile only, not items or saves)

6) Back out to Storage and Clear Cache 3 times by pressing Y and select clear system cache.

7) After this is done, power down your Xbox and and unplug it.

Now, go to your PC and go to login.live.com.

Login and select "Password and Security Info"

Select "Change Security Info"

Now change atleast your secret question.  This will cause an update within the Xbox Server for this account.

After that is done, plug in your Xbox, and re-download your profile.
