I suggest you look at the
Xbox LIVE Disconnects | Xbox LIVE Slow | Speed up Xbox LIVE page as it will provide you with solutions relating to your issue. Also, could you perform a
Network Speed Test and post the results so we can determine whether your network is sufficient enough to run for Xbox LIVE! As well as this, could you do a Xbox LIVE connection test and review if any errors
appear. If any errors do occur, have a look at the
Xbox LIVE Connection Error page as there are solutions to specific errors regarding XboxLIVE Connection errors!
