I have done everything on the above post, only that im waiting going on 30 minutes for phone support, but I have added a new payment method and it still will not allow me to remove my previouse method via my xbox , so I call the phone support and they
keep repeating themselves about how I can do this online, so when I do go online it tells me "I FOUND A GLITCH" WTF !!!!! I hate circles, especailly when it involves my money!
