I found a glitch in the system!..... And it's ticking me off

I'm trying to use a prepaid xbox live card to buy three months of xbox live, but I have been unable to. I am certain the card has been activated properly by the retailer. It does not give me any status code for the error.

Another issue is that when I try to load the "My account" option; a page loads with the title "looks like you've found a glitch in the system." Accompanied by the status code 3E0370598122241 which is not recognized by the error code search option.

The combination of these issues is aggravating me to no end, and a solution would be nice

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your prepaid card.

It looks like there is a billing error with your account. I would recommend contacting Phone Support on this one. They will be best equipped to help you get things sorted out with your account so that you can redeem that code.
