I don't get this..

Okay so here is my problem. Xbox keeps telling me that my account is suspended, i need to change my payment option. I am currently trying to add 12M pre-paid and it will not let me. I am getting all kinds of "Status Codes." When i got to account management under my memberships it says "Xbox LIVE Gold" ? When i try and go to that.. more status codes? Any form of help would be much appreciated!

I've gotten atleast five different ones! i can't access anything it just give me status codes :S

Without knowing what status codes you're getting, the only adivce I can give is to check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com to see if there are any errors or if you're suspended because of an overdue balance. If there is a balance due you would have to add a credit card to pay off the balance so you can get unsuspended. If there are no balances and you don't find any errors, call support and talk to billing.
