The other user gave you an answer and it was correct, but allow me to provide one to go along with it to clear up any lingering queries.
1, Self repair is against the ToU and is considered modding.
2, Self repair can result in a permanent console ban from the LIVE service. But more importantly in some cases depending how MS feel about it an account ban can go with it.
3, As it is against the ToU self repair can not be discussed in the official xbox forums.
Hope this answers your question.

Nobody will be able to help you if you have tried fixing a problem to the console, you have brought the consequence on and now you will have to use your new xbox.
I'm sorry to hear you've lost your old xbox, but enjoy your new one.
Hope this help,
lolz i have new box now but i want that one work and now i want that someone will answer my question
But now you will have to pay even more for a new xbox since you have purely crashed your xbox,
Never try fixing something yourself if you are not an experienced employee at fixing Xbox items.
(Note: That you should never open/modify/try and fix your xbox in anyway).
Lol? i put new paste and it didnt turn on after that and gimme 1 reason to give microsoft 90 € to that they can make my console work if i can do it at my home and cheaper
You should never try and fix a red ring of death yourself!
You should always have it sent in so that they can fix it.
You have clearly crashed your xbox and which it is entirely your own fault.
There is no fix if it was caused by you, and if this is then case you will have to find what you've gone wrong with since this would/will not happen if you get Microsoft to fix it.
Hope this help,
