I did not win my first month of live gold

I just created my account at the end and got an error message Informing Me That thexbox live was not available at the moment, I not could connect.
I recovered my gamertag and I finally managed to connect, But My profile is free as amember instead of Gold member.

How Can I solve this problem?

Did you create it on the console or xbox.com? Every brand new console comes with 3 free months for the first 3 GTs created on it. Was the console used?

hey please help me, i pay for 1 month 10 pesos for being gold, then it suddenly transform into 89 pesos i dont know why can you tell me why it changed? or with whom may modfy this error? no international number needed just by internet please

Does not count as one month, I am entitled to 3 months, not as I got my first gold in that month then this profile does not count right?

I can still create and all but 3 with Gold.

I have created another profile and this is with a 1 month live gold free.

No you are only entitled 1 free month per profile and only First 3 profiles per console that join xbox live
