I cant turn off auto-renewal

I havent got a clue why im not simply allowed to tell it not to renew. I dont have a phone which therby means I cant cancel it. If I cant cancel it then it will try to charge my card which is no longer even valid. Honestly this doesnt make sence and me phoning up support to do something that I could have simply been let say I didnt want it to auto-renew. I need help

only calling support by phone and talking to billing will be able to help you, nobody in the forums will be able to help you turn off the AR.
