I can't purchase 1 month?

I have been trying to buy a 1 month sience yesterday. On my Xbox I get a 80190864 error. On the Xbox site https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Flows/ManageSubscription/ChoosePaymentInstrument.aspx I get the follwing:

That code means you have some sort of billing violation. Go to billing.microsoft.com to make sure all of your info is correct and up to date and that you don't have any balances you owe. If you can't fix it from there, you will need to call support and talk to billing and they will help you sort it out.

Just try buying it again. I get that error sometimes when on the Xbox website. Just give it a few minutes and it should let you buy Gold.

ukfan: I've never heard of anyone clearing this error code simply by retrying the purchase. Smwutches is correct, this error is generally related to some kind of billing issue that should be handled by contacting phone support.
