I cant get into xbox live..Please help!

Okay so I have been trying to access my account for the past two days on my xbox (TG x AllStarz x) 

It will not let me go on anything..Only play offline. The message I am getting is "Your membership is suspended until you update your payment option" 

I no longer have a debit or credit card so I can not buy live with them no more.  I went yesterday and bought I one month code from HMV and thought that would work as it is a payment option. So I went to add the code and it came up with another message saying "This code cannot be used for this offer."

This is very annoying and I want this fixed asap! Please help me.

You won't be able to use the code until you take care of the billing suspension. It sounds like auto-renewal is still turned on on your account. If that is the case, they have tried billing you for your subscription, but since they can't you have no accrued a balance you have to pay off before you can get back online.

Follow Tgeekster's link to contact support and they can help you get it straightened out.

I went onto Contact Support then they told me to goto "Manage Payment Options"

So i went off that page and went onto manage payment options and it says something like "Uh ohh... There appears to be a glitch" This is getting very annoying can somebody please sort this out for me?

The best thing to do is contact phone support directly. That is the only way to speak to the billing department. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or use the request a call option on the contact page.
