I cant connect to xbox live !!

I got two new concoles .. and I usely get 3 free trails on one concole, but not this time. What should I do ?

This is a lot different than you saying you can't connect to XBOX Live. If you purchased the console new and you didn't get your free month of XBOX Live Gold for the account then please contact XBOX Support over the phone and explain the situation. They will be able to see how many accounts have been created on the console via the console serial number/id.
