i cant connect to xbox live

my account has 3 months of gold on it and when i try to connect it says "connection to xbox live has been lost". when i test connection says everything is okey but when i try to sign in it doesn't work. if i use another account on my xbox it does work but i want to use my account. Please somebody help!

since the update i cant get on live with this account.all other accounts work on my xbox and i tested connection and every thing is fine. i even brought a 3 month card but lonewolf5628 cant log in... i really need to talk to an xbox person because this is really frustrating

My friend is having the same issue although i dont think he tried to sign in on any other accounts. id like to get an answer on this subject aswell though...
