i cant boot a game

i have updated to the new dash and it is all working fine untill i boot up a game then  it dissconects me from live and  it tells me that  i have lost connection to  xbox live. but if i go back to the dash  it signs me back in        

can anyone help

no this didnt work i turned the network on and off   cleared the cache and it still dissconects me

i know and i have waited soo   long     and now when i try and download mw3s update it gives me a  error code    <<<<<<rage>>>

I had the same problem, but when I cleared my consoles cache it worked for me. ^^^^^12 year old

I got mine to finally work; Unplug your console, and anything attached to it, that includes your harddrive, wireless adapter/ethernet chord, AV/Component/HDMI, ETC. Leave it unplugged then go to your router/modem and unplug it for a bit. After 2 minutes have passed plug your modem up, then wait another minute to plug your router up. After that reconnect everything back to your xbox and try to play it again and it should work, atleast it did for me. Good Luck!!
