I cannot transfer my DLC Purchases

Hello, well recently after the new dashboard update I can no longer log into my account due to a parental email that can no longer be accessed... Problem is, I just got a new xbox and cannot transfer my DLC's without logging into my account, to select the "License Transfer" its rather annoying and I was curious if I could get Microsoft to do it for me? Or find an alternative way to do it? Thanks.

You can call support and ask for a "manual license transfer".
