I cannot sign into my Xbox Live profile

When I attempt to sign into my xbox live profile, it says that the email im prompted to sign in with "no longer exists". This might have something to do with the fact that I haven't signed in for a long time. It has been close to a year, if I remember correctly. My guess is that the email was deleted due to inactivity. If this is indeed the case, how can I possibly sign into my profile?

I don't think the email would have been deleted, unless the actual email address you are using has been deleted. Xbox Live won't remove it if it is your primary alias/email

I beleive the only way to have this sorted is by contacting MS directly over the phone, as they will need to do the relevant security checks before they can update the email for you.

I wouldn't worry too much though, they should be able to sort it out for you no problems :)
