I cannot enter in the Xbox Marketplace

Hello, I'm brazilian and I have a little problem: since the beginning of this week I cannot enter in the Xbox Marketplace with my X360 (if I attempt to enter in the Marketplace, seconds later I return to "games" page of the dashboard). What's happening? How can I buy or download game demos if all my attempts end in failure?

all my brazilians friends are with the same problem :(  we only access by gamepad menu, by dashboard: no way :(

Hey there Bulkiest!
You can start out with some basic troubelshooting to see if any of the solutions solves the Marketplace issue your having.

  1. Clear your Xbox system cache
  2. Clear your Marketplace system cache
    On your console, go to Settings, then select System.
    Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.
    Select System Items.
    Select Marketplace System Data.
    Select Delete.
    Restart your console.
    Try downloading the item again from Xbox LIVE.
  3. Download your Xbox live profile


If your still having problems:
Restart your network equipment

  1. Turn off your Xbox 360 console and all network hardware (for example, your modem and router).
  2. Wait one minute.
  3. Turn on your modem and wait for it to come back online (one more minute).
  4. Turn on the next piece of hardware (for example, the router), and wait another minute.


Reset your Xbox network settings to the defaults
Note
Before you reset the Xbox 360 console’s network settings, make sure that you write down the current settings in case you have to restore them later.

  1. Turn off your Xbox 360 console.
  2. Wireless connection only: Unplug the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter from the USB port (if applicable).
  3. Turn on your console.
  4. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
  5. Select Network Settings.
  6. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
  7. Select Configure Network.
  8. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

Well, today I tried to enter in the Xbox Market and the problem appears to be resolved. I could enter in the Marketplace normally.

P.S: sorry for my bad English! I'm using the Google Translator...  :(
