I can't turn Auto Renewal OFF!

I'm trying to turn Auto Renewal off via the new and updated xbox.com. My status is that is turned on, when I click o (change) it goes to another page with this message:

Change Settings: Auto Renewal

You have to Call Support to turn off Auto Renewal - Yes they let you click that at this time, but it will still take you to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Actually Juan, it should be operation right now to let everyone turn off Auto-Renewal on the website. :) @Hugo - have you tried clearing your browser's cookies and cache?

Scroll all the way down AFTER the page loaded completly and click continue. After that I don't know what happens as I don't wanna turn off auto-renewal. Atleast this will get you out of that page and on to the next steps.
