I can't sign in to my xbox live account or Netflix, I just get taken to the test connection page.

I have tried multiple times and it's not letting me sign in, I can't even watch netflix because of this because I can't sign in to my gold membership account. I find this very annoying as I pay for both services and I don't have access to either of them. I really hope Microsoft will be compensating accounts because of this issue because this is a service we pay for and it's not working as it should be.
