I'm french and i'm sorry for my english but you are my only hope to have a response to my problem because i work everyday and later than the xbox support.
So, my problem is that my credit card has expired and i did'nt think to change it on my xbox live account.
i added my new one on the facturation option but i can't remove the other. It said i have to go on xbox.com/support.
So i did it, but there is always an error. I can't manage my account. all i can do is to modify my credit card like adress, but i can't remove it....
can you explain me how to fix this problem?
