I can't manage my payment options to renew my subscription

My parent's credit card recently expired and I can't seem to add a new one. When I log into my account, I am taken directly to the Manage Payment Options page because of my expired gold account. I click on "Add a new Credit Card" and then an overly long loading screen ensues, followed by the message "An error occurred. Please try again later." I've been getting this error for nearly a week and haven't found a solution on the internet. Please let me know if there is any known solution or if I have to wait for Xbox Live to fix their website. Thanks.

You could try to remove the credit card or add the new one online.

Another option would be to buy a redeem code.
