I can't connect to xbox live, but I can?

Every single time I sign into my account, it says "can't connect to Xbox Live"With the error code 80151901

But then I test xbox live connection.

It works. No errors. No failures. It tests fine. Then I sign into my account and it lets me on Xbox Live.
But this happens literally every single time I sign into my account.
I deleted my profile and redownloded it,

I cleared the cache.
I've done both of these steps dozens of times.

I don't know what else to do.

I'm having the same problem! I'll go from watching Netflix to playing a game and it will boot me because I "have to be connected to xbox live". Keep getting those errors too.

Delete your account and re - download it.

Go to settings > system > storage > profiles > your account > delete

Get on the app or game desired.

Press guide button > Download Account > Insert Windows LIVE ID and password.

Appreciate if you could answer a few questions for us, so that we can better understand your situation. 

Please read: START HERE! And post back in full detail (the bits in bold).

If you haven't already, Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Configure Network. Select the Additional Settings tab and Restore to factory defaults. Turn off your console.

Power off your modem and router for a couple of minutes. Power on your modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on your router and wait another minute.

Turn on your console and go to Xbox Network Settings. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.
