I can'T change payment option.

My credit card is not good anymore and got a message from xboxlive when I logged in, I entered my new information yesterday 2012-07-20. It gave me the message that it can't access server or something and to try later. Tried the same thing on my PC and get the same message for 2 days now....

I want to give money to xox and be able to play online but it seem they don't want it???

Should I buy a PS3?

Phone support is open only during weekdays, can someone here help me.

When I check the xbox status it tells me everything is up and running what is going on?

I recommend calling support who will be able to assist you further on this issue before you do that try click your account on the fourms then try changing your information online if no success give support a ring

I WISH I COULD CHANGE IT BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING!!

http://billing.microsoft.com - if you click on the payment method on the bottom, you should be able to get any past due fees or change the payment method.
