I can't access my Xbox Live account due to an invalid Windows Live ID?

So, this incident happened about three months ago. When I tried to log into my Gamertag, it gave me a warning saying that my Windows Live ID was not valid. It gave me two options: Associate my gamertag with a different Windows Live ID, or to play offline. When I selected associate my gamertag with a different Windows Live ID, I got an error at the end. Please, help, I've called Xbox Support and posted on the forums several times. I've already paid sixty dollars for Xbox Live Gold. I've already lost three months of it, and that's already a fourth of what I've paid for.

Additional detail: this happened the day after I paid for the Gold Membership.

"Xbox Live Signup is not available."

This doesn't make sense because I am 100% sure that I selected "Associate Gamertag with a different Windows Live ID." Not "Create a new Account."

IcyGruesome - have you tried visiting https://login.live.com, to see if you can sign in with the same information?
Do you receive any error code, e.g. 800704DC?

It means Service Request number. If you need to call back about the same problem, or if you need to send them something, you use that SR number so that they can see all the details and history for your case, so you don't have to keep repeating the same information to the different phone reps.

Hey there Gruesome! I understand you cannot recover your profile, and cannot sign in to Live.com. Is it possible your account is tied to a different WLID email? Can you try any other emails that may be connected here and let me know if you find one that works.

If not, you'd have to call phone support back up to see if they can figure out why your account isn't showing up on the website or letting you sign in. Let me know how it goes, thanks!

I know the specific email that my account is supposed to be connected to. I was told by phone support to recreate my WLID using the same email. I did it but it didn't help me with my problem.
