I can't access my subscription page for my Xbox Live Account on Xbox 360

I have followed all the advised steps to turn off my auto renewal for Xbox Live Gold. 

The website is not letting me access my subscription page. It says "Oops! Something went wrong" or "The page might have moved" or something along those lines. 

I cannot find an e-mail address to contact anybody about this.

I also cannot access the live web support chat.

Please help, Xbox Support People!!!

As you are having problems with the website, I suggest you go ahead and contact Phone Support about the matter and they should be able to assist you in turning it off.
