I can't access My Account

Just like it says in the subject I can't access the My Account section of Xbox.com. I need to access it because I need to cancel my auto renewal, but every time I click on My Account a different page opens saying, " Uh oh... That shouldn't have happened. It seems you have found a glitch in the system." Somebody please help because this is really annoying.

If you have run into that and you wish to cancel auto-renewal, give phone support a call and speak with the billing department. They can sort that out for you.

Hello,

This usually happens when you have an invalid/expired card on file in conjunction with automatic renewal on the account. Microsoft has tried to charge the card but couldn't so you end up in sort of a weird situation. You can try to visit the Microsoft Commerce & Billing site here and try to update the payment options there.

If that doesn't work either then you'll need to contact phone support directly.
