I Can't Accept The New Terms and Conditions

Recently there was an update to the xbox live terms and conditions. This normally wouldn't be a problem because I can just enter the parental email registered to my account and it would all be fine. But recently my parents email was comprimized  and the password change unwillingly and ultimately the email being no longer in use. WIthout the password I cannot access the online portion of xbox that I am currently paying for so it's kind of a **** off. I really need to know how to change the email to the current one I am using so that I can accept the new terms and conditions.

Hey ImaBaddy! It's extremely unfortunate for me to say that, without the password to your e-mail there's nothing we can do. Have you tried resetting your password, or filing the application to retrieve your password back for it?

1. You can't change the parental email.

2. You -can- reset the password in the Microsoft Account system for the parental email even if it's broken. Go to account.live.com/password/reset and change the password, using the Security Question/Secret Answer.
